Welcome! Rising Stars Outreach Center was founded by Rev. Dillon Burgin as a ministry of encouragement. Through our programs, People are encouraged and challenged to seek the highest and to be their best. The ministry does this in a variety of ways such as: regular newspaper articles, books written by Rev. Burgin, ‘driven by purpose seminars’, participation in community outreach, visitation program and discussions; and a host of other ways. The Center places particular emphasis on helping youth and young adults to develop skills in the Arts. This is done through 'the "Rising Stars Theatre Troupe" which creates opportunities for aspiring writers and actors to develop and showcase their talents.
